Rapunzel Tower Cake

Hello blogging world.  I have been absent for some time.  Have you missed me?  Does anyone read my posts? haha.  Oh well.. I put everything up on facebook, but thought I'd put this post up since I'm so proud of all the hard work.  It's so sad that it was so quickly eaten.  Here is a picture of my beautiful Rapunzel Tower Cake.  Made with strawberry cake and buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant.  Took about 6 hours because I went back and forth on how to construct it. :)  I'll post another time the construction process if anyone wants to know... but I don't think anyone out there reads these. :)
